  • How can I create an account?

    Creating an account is free by downloading any of the mobile app either on iOS or Android. You do not have to create separate accounts for different apps as creating for one will already allow you access for the others.

  • How can I delete my account?

    By deleting your account, all your data will immediately be deleted for all types of apps and can not be recovered. You must cancel any active subscription/s beforehand as deleting your account will not automatically cancel any of your subscription/s. If you wish to continue, you may delete your account through the Delete Account page.

  • Where can I change my password?

    There are two methods to be able to change your password.

    Through the mobile app:

    1. Tap on the gear icon to navigate to the Settings page
    2. Tap on Change password
    3. Enter your new password and confirm the new password

    If you do not have access to the mobile app nor your account and have forgotted your password, you may change it through the Forgot Password page.

  • How do I subscribe?

    A free account is required in order to subscribe. If you have not done so, create one and login to your newly created account on your chosen app you want to subscribe to.

    After logging in:

    1. Tap on the gear icon to navigate to the Settings page
    2. Tap on Subscribe
    3. Select the type of subscription and how many months you'd like to subscribe
    4. Complete the transaction

    Note: Even though a free account can be accessed through different apps, a silver subscription is only tied to one specific app.

  • How do I unsubscribe?

    Mobile subscriptions are handled by the respective platform's stores. You may simply unsubscribe by accessing their subscriptions pages from where you have subscribed to. You may continue using the free features after the remaining subscription has been completed.

    You may also access the same pages through the mobile app.

    1. Tap on the gear icon to navigate to the Settings page
    2. Tap on Google Play/iOS Subscriptions
    3. Select the plan that you'd like to cancel
  • Is it possible to change my email?

    Your email that is used to login to your account can be changed through any of the mobile app.

    1. Login to your account
    2. Tap on the gear icon to navigate to the Settings page
    3. Tap on Change email
    4. Tap on Change email again
    5. Enter an email that has not been registered
    6. An email will be sent to the new email for verification before it can be used to login to your account
