These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Four-Leaf Anime and Four-Leaf Manga (“Apps”, “Services”) operated by Ace Cruz. By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

  1. Use of the Apps

    • Use is personal, non-commercial only.
    • You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the Apps to violate laws or third-party rights.
    • You may not transmit viruses or harmful code.

  2. Account Requirements

    • Some features require an account. Provide accurate information.
    • Maintain confidentiality of your password.
    • We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
    • Accounts may be deleted by you at any time via the website.
    • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent activity.
    • Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction) to use the Apps. Users under the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  3. Subscriptions and Payments

    • Subscription purchases are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or Qonversion.
    • We do not store payment information.
    • Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the platform through which the purchase was made (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). Users should review the applicable store's subscription policies before purchasing.

  4. Third-Party Services

    • Apps integrate with Kitsu, Supabase, Firebase, Crashlytics, PostHog, AWS, and Qonversion.
    • These services may process technical or analytics information.
    • The Apps rely on third-party services that may change, suspend, or discontinue functionality at any time. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, or content of third-party services.
    • If you access the Apps through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the Apps or their content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Apps.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • Except for content provided by third parties, the Apps and their original features, design, graphics, trademarks, and software are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
    • Kitsu content remains owned by its respective owners.
    • We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party content provided through services such as Kitsu.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available.”
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
    • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps.
    • Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, limited, or modified under applicable law.

  8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Apps, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

  9. Changes to the Apps and Terms

    • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
    • We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
    • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services, network failures, or system downtime.

  10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer is established, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

  11. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of the Apps.
